Sunday Pork Tenderloin

Introduction:

Sunday pork tenderloin roast. Pairs well with the fig chutney! We first had this for a Mother’s Day dinner in 2023.

Ingredients:

  • Pork Tenderloin (2-3 lb)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of worchestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of coarse kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon finely ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 425 F
  • Line a roasting pan with foil at the bottom
  • Mix all the dry ingredients
  • Place the roast on a plate and coat with worchestershire sauce
  • Rub all dry seasonings on the roast
  • Once the loin is at room temperature roast at 425 F for 15 minutes
  • After 15 minutes reduce the heat to 375 F and cook for about 45 minutes until the internal is 160 F (for well done pork)
  • Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing
