Introduction:
Sunday pork tenderloin roast. Pairs well with the fig chutney! We first had this for a Mother’s Day dinner in 2023.
Ingredients:
- Pork Tenderloin (2-3 lb)
- 1-2 tablespoons of worchestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of coarse kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon finely ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425 F
- Line a roasting pan with foil at the bottom
- Mix all the dry ingredients
- Place the roast on a plate and coat with worchestershire sauce
- Rub all dry seasonings on the roast
- Once the loin is at room temperature roast at 425 F for 15 minutes
- After 15 minutes reduce the heat to 375 F and cook for about 45 minutes until the internal is 160 F (for well done pork)
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing
